قانون عدد 29 لسنة 2016 مؤرخ في 5 أفريل 2016 يتعلق بتنظيم المصادقة على المعاهدات.
باسم الشعب،
وبعد مصادقة مجلس نواب الشعب.
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول ـ يهدف هذا القانون إلى تنظيم المصادقة على المعاهدات تطبيقا لأحكام الفقرة الأولى من الفصل 65 من الدستور.
الفصل 2 ـ تخضع إلى المصادقة المعاهدات التي تتعلق أحكامها كليا أو جزئيا بالمواد المنصوص عليها بالفصل 67 من الدستور.
الفصل 3 ـ تتم المصادقة على المعاهدات بمقتضى أمر رئاسي وذلك إثر نشر القانون المتعلق بالموافقة عليها بالرائد الرسمي للجمهورية التونسية.
الفصل 4 ـ يتم بمقتضى أمر حكومي استيفاء إجراءات إبرام الاتفاقيات الدولية ذات الصبغة الفنية المنصوص عليها بالفصل 92 من الدستور والتي لا تخضع لإجراء المصادقة المشار إليه بالفصل 2 من هذا القانون.
ينشر هذا القانون بالرائد الرسمي للجمهورية التونسية وينفذ كقانون من قوانين الدولة.

Loi n° 2016-29 du 5 avril 2016, relative au régime de ratification des traités.
Au nom du peuple,
L’assemblée des représentants du peuple ayant adopté,
Le Président de la République promulgue la loi dont la teneur suit :
Article premier - La présente loi vise à fixer le régime de ratification des traités en application des dispositions du premier paragraphe de l’article 65 de la constitution.
Art. 2 - Les traités dont les dispositions concernent totalement ou partiellement les matières prévues par l’article 67 de la constitution, sont soumis à ratification.
Art. 3 - Les traités sont ratifiés par décret Présidentiel, et ce, après publication de la loi relative à leur approbation au Journal Officiel de la République Tunisienne.
Art. 4 - Les procédures de conclusion des traités internationaux à caractère technique mentionnés à l’article 92 de la constitution et qui ne sont pas soumis à la procédure de ratification prévue à l’article 2 de la présente loi, sont accomplies par décret gouvernemental.
La présente loi sera publiée au Journal Officiel de la République Tunisienne et exécutée comme loi de l'Etat.

Article one - The law herein aims at fixing the treaties ratification system pursuant to the provisions of first paragraph of article 65 of the constitution.
Art. 2 - The treaties whose provisions completely or partially concern the matters provided for by article 67 of the constitution, are subject to ratification.
Art. 3 - The treaties are ratified by presidential decree, and this, after publication of the law relating to their approval in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia.
Art. 4 - The conclusion procedures of the international treaties of technical nature mentioned in article 92 of the constitution and which are not subject to the ratification procedure provided for in article 2 of the law herein, are accomplished by governmental decree.
The law herein shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia and implemented as law of the State.
