المصادقة على نظام روما الاساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية

أمر عدد 549 لسنة 2011 مؤرخ في 14 ماي 2011 يتعلق بالمصادقة على انضمام الجمهورية التونسية إلى نظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية وإلى اتفاق امتيازات المحكمة وحصاناتها.
إن رئيس الجمهورية المؤقت،
بعد الإطلاع على المرسوم عدد 4 لسنة 2011 المؤرخ في 19 فيفري 2011 المتعلق بالموافقة على انضمام الجمهورية التونسية إلى نظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية وإلى اتفاق امتيازات المحكمة وحصاناتها،
وعلى المرسوم عدد 14 لسنة 2011 المؤرخ في 23 مارس 2011 المتعلق بالتنظيم المؤقت للسلط العمومية،
وعلى نظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية المعتمد بروما في 17 جويلية 1998 واتفاق امتيازات المحكمة وحصاناتها المعتمد بنيويورك في 9 سبتمبر 2002.
يصد الأمر الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول ـ تمت المصادقة على انضمام الجمهورية التونسية إلى نظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية المعتمد بروما في 17 جويلية 1998 وإلى اتفاق امتيازات المحكمة وحصاناتها المعتمد بنيويورك في 9 سبتمبر 2002.
الفصل 2 ـ وزير الشؤون الخارجية مكلف بتنفيذ هذا الأمر الذي ينشر بالرائد الرسمي للجمهورية التونسية.

Décret n° 2011-549 du 14 mai 2011, portant ratification de l'adhésion de la République Tunisienne au statut de Rome de la cour pénale internationale et à l'accord sur les privilèges et immunités de la cour.
Le Président de la République par intérim,
Vu le décret-loi n° 2011-4 du 19 février 2011, portant approbation de l'adhésion de la République Tunisienne au statut de Rome de la cour pénale internationale et à l'accord sur les privilèges et immunités de la cour,
Vu le décret-loi n° 2011-14 du 23 mars 2011, portant organisation provisoire des pouvoirs publics,
Vu le statut de Rome de la cour pénale internationale adopté à Rome le 17 juillet 1998 et l'accord sur les privilèges et immunités de la cour adopté à New York le 9 septembre 2002.
Décrète :
Article premier - Est ratifiée, l'adhésion de la République Tunisienne au statut de Rome de la cour pénale internationale adopté à Rome le 17 juillet 1998, et à l'accord sur les privilèges et immunités de la cour adopté à New York le 9 septembre 2002.
Art. 2 - Le ministre des affaires étrangères est chargé de l'exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal Officiel de la République Tunisienne.

Decree n° 2011-549 dated 14 May 2011, ratifying the adherence of the Republic of Tunisia to the statute of Rome of the international criminal court and to the agreement on the court’s privileges and immunities.
The President of the Republic by interim,
Having regard to decree-law n° 2011-4 dated 19 February 2011, approving the adherence of the Republic of Tunisia to the statute of Rome of the international criminal court and to the agreement on the court’s privileges and immunities,
Having regard to decree-law n° 2011-14 dated 23 March 2011, relating to the temporary organization of the authorities,
Having regard to the statute of Rome of the international criminal court adopted in Rome on 17 July 1998 and the agreement on the court’s privileges and immunities adopted in New York on 9 September 2002.
Decrees the following:
Article one – Is ratified, the adherence of the Republic of Tunisia to the statute of Rome of the international criminal court adopted in Rome on 17 July 1998, and to the agreement on the court’s privileges and immunities adopted in New York on 9 September 2002.
Art.2 – The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement the decree herein which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia.
